Tamsweg – the main town in the Lungau holiday region

Tamsweg is located in the southernmost corner of the Salzburg region, at 1,024 metres above sea level. The town has a population of around 6,000 and 800 guest beds, offering visitors a wide range of leisure activities in largely untouched natural surroundings.
