**THE "VAL CENIS TURBO" SLEDGE RUN
At the arrival of the Val Cenis le Haut cable car, the resort is offering a new 900m long sledge run with bumps and sharp turns. A track reserved for sledges and accessible all day long. The course is scenic and playful under the theme of "Jojo the snail", one of the mascots of Val Cenis. Count on 15 minutes of sledging.
Accessible to holders of a valid ski pass with the possibility of renting the sledges on site. From 5 years old.

Val Cenis is the first French resort to equip itself with an electric groomer. This is a long-awaited step by the resorts to reduce the use of fossil fuels, greenhouse gas emissions and fine particles in the mountains. From the start of the 2022-2023 season, the ski area's teams will operate a 100% electric snow groomer.
"Val Cenis is very committed to protecting the environment and is interested in all solutions that will improve the carbon footprint of the ski area's operations, particularly that of the grooming machines. In 2019, Val Cenis was the first resort in France to test HVO, a very low-pollution fuel. This year, we are seizing the opportunity of the mass production of a 100% electric machine," explains Yves Dimier, director of the resort.
The "Husky E-motion" from the manufacturer Prinoth is a grooming machine suitable for preparing cross-country ski and sled runs, play areas, footpaths and the foot of the slopes. In addition to the ecological argument of "zero emissions", the electric motor is quiet, which is a good thing when used near tourist residences.

On the border between France and Italy, Val Cenis offers great skiing in a resort on a human scale.
