Welcome to Monte Bondone, the Alp of Trento!

This renowned ski area is just a few kilometres away from the town and can be easily reached also by public transport or ski bus. Monte Bondone is over 2000 metres high and is a natural terrace that offers a 360-degree view of Trentino, from the Brenta Dolomites to Adamello. Alpine skiing fans can enjoy a 19-run carousel that covers a total area of 20 kilometres with a 70-hectare skiing surface equipped throughout with a programmed snow system able to guarantee satisfaction for skiers of all levels. Not to be missed is the "Gran Pista": this 4-km run, with an altitude difference of 800 m, provides a thrilling ski through meadows, conifers and birch trees. Monte Bondone is popular with snowboarders, and offers a rich programme of events and competitions throughout the season in the well-equipped snowpark. The large, sunny Viote basin also has a number of cross-country skiing loops that meander through the alpine vegetation for over 37 kilometres.
