Our family-run house is located in the centre of Rauris, a little away from the village centre.

The nearest restaurants and shops are only a 2-minute walk away.

The Kreuzboden chairlift and the Waldalmbahn are in the immediate vicinity.

The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the stop for the free ski bus is 100m away.

Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the beautiful Rauris Valley.

Tennis courts, curling rink ans sports field are within 50m.

New flat

Intensive conversion ans renovation work has been underway since January 2021.
We offer you a spacious holiday flat, 180m² , for max. 10 persons with a wonderful view.

Outside the self-contained flat, 1 double room with shower/WC, SAT-TV on the 1st floor can also be booked.

We are also happy to offer yyou a bred roll service.

Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen:
Fridge, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, crockery and cutlery.

The new holiday flat for up to 12 people and three bathrooms will be ready for occupancy from around November
