Classic Tecnique
Cross-country skiing beginners should always start with the classic technique. In the basic course, you will learn to move on flat and ascending terrain, master short descents and stop in the snowplough.
Depending on your individual level of ability, the exercises and methodology are continuously expanded and adapted up to advanced level.
Skating Technique
Learn and improve your skating technique - for children and adults, whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier.
Skating Technique
The basic course is aimed at cross-country skiers who want to switch from the classic technique to skating. You will be shown the various skating steps directly on the trail. With appropriate exercises, you will slowly approach the different types of terrain and steadily improve your technique with specific exercises and methods.
Cross-country skiing weeks
The cross-country skiing instructors at the Antholz Ski School will focus on your skills and existing knowledge during the cross-country skiing enjoyment week.
The Biathlon World Cup valley is the ideal place for cross-country skiers. Whether you want to learn or perfect the classic technique or skating style, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you are in good hands with us. The cross-country ski instructors at the Antholz ski school will specifically take care of your skills and knowledge during your week of cross-country skiing fun. Saturday
Arrival around evening
6:30 p.m.: reception of participants at the hotel
Sunday
10 a.m.-12 p.m.: Meet at the ski school office directly in the biathlon center, set up ski equipment, grouping and ski lessons with ski technique correction
12 noon-1:30 p.m.: Lunch break
1:30-3:30 p.m.: Guided tour of the stadium, followed by a cross-country skiing class.
Monday
10 a.m.-12 p.m.: Cross-country skiing course focusing on downhill, braking and cornering technique
1:30-3:30 p.m.: Guided cross-country skiing excursion on World Cup trails and repetition of exercises learned so far with video analysis.
Tuesday
10 a.m.-12 p.m.: Cross-country skiing course Learning new steps on different types of terrain
1:30-3:30 p.m.: Guided cross-country skiing excursion or biathlon practice course
Wednesday
Morning: free time for each participant
1:30-4:30 p.m.: Snowshoe hike with hut stop and sledding track
Thursday
Day trip with cross-country ski course to another cross-country ski area (Dolomites or Ahrntal Valley)
Friday
10 a.m.-12 p.m.: Cross-country skiing course with focus on the repetition of the steps desired by the participants with video analysis
1:30-4:30 p.m.: Biathlon practice course with playful competition and award ceremony
Greeting of participants by cross-country and biathlon instructors.

The biathlon courses are perfect for biathlon fans and anyone interested in immersing themselves in the world of biathlon.
Cross-country skiing and biathlon in Anterselva/Antholz is not only for professionals, but also for beginners and amateur athletes. Below you will find everything you need to know for your biathlon course in Antholz.
Private lessons
1 hour (55 minutes) for 1 person 75,00€ - each additional person + 25,00€
The private lesson includes the introduction and learning of the different shooting techniques prone/standing, with resting pulse.
New
Double lesson ( 110 minutes ) for 1 person 135,00€ - each additional person + 40,00€
The double lessons include the correction of the running technique and learning the shooting techniques prone/standing with resting pulse and under load.
Biathlon half-day course

Spend a breathtaking winter vacation revolving around biathlon and cross-country skiing in the Antholz Valley. You can refine your classic or skating technique on the World Cup trails in various cross-country skiing courses. 10.00-12.00: Meeting point at the ski school office directly in the biathlon center, fitting of ski equipment, grouping and ski lessons with correction of skiing technique
12.00-13.30: Lunch break
13.30-15.30: Guided tour of the stadium, brief information on safety and regulations for handling the biathlon rifle, learning the various shooting positions with resting pulse
Monday & Tuesday
10.00-12.00: Refining your running technique and running on the World Cup trails
13.30-15.30: Biathlon course: refining shooting techniques (shooting with resting pulse and under load, shooting with support belts, shooting at the cardboard targets)
Wednesday
Morning: free time for each participant
13.30-16.30: Snowshoe hike with a stop at a mountain hut and toboggan run
Thursday
10.00-12.00 a.m.: Repeat the running techniques already learned and practise further steps
13:30-15:30: Intensive biathlon course
Friday
10.00-12.00: Cross-country skiing with final correction of the various steps
13.30-16.30: Conclusion with biathlon fun race and award ceremony, followed by farewell to the participants by the biathlon instructors

One-day biathlon course
Experience a full day in the world of biathlon with intensive technique training on the cross-country ski trail and at the shooting range.
In the one-day biathlon course, the technique and procedure of prone and standing shooting with and without load as well as the cross-country skiing technique are taught in detail to give you a holistic biathlon experience.
Gaudi Biathlon
We organize biathlon events for
companies, leisure/sports clubs, associations or school classes.
The Gaudi Biathlon offers you an exciting opportunity to test yourself as a biathlete. The relay race proves to be an exciting experience in the middle of the Südtirol Arena.
Gaudi Biathlon
Short introduction with test shooting 2 series = 2 x 5 shots.
Fun race in the form of a relay or individual 2 x prone shooting and 2 x a short run, award ceremony.
Intensive fun biathlon
Short introduction to the cross-country skiing technique skating or classic (approx. 45 minutes),

Biathlon Gäste Schießen
Try your hand at the shooting range! Anyone aged 12 and over can try out shooting at the biathlon guest shooting - with or without cross-country skis.
Anyone can try out shooting at the biathlon guest shooting event, even without cross-country skis. The minimum age for participation is 12 years. One series (5 shots) costs € 6.00, several series can be shot at will.

Biathlon active shooting
One-hour intensive shooting from 2 - 5 people in the Südtirol Arena in Antholz.
Learn about the technical details and shooting procedures at the Biathlon Active Shooting in the Biathlon Arena in Antholz. We explain the details and give you a comprehensive insight into the world of biathlon.
The biathlon active shooting lasts 55 minutes and takes place without skis. Two or more participants shoot 6 series and three or more participants shoot 4 series per person.
