We extend and develop our 3 star house, already in the 2nd generation for your best time of the year.
We have a new, large sauna area (Zirben tree relaxing area) for your health and relaxation from autumn 2016.
Our house is located above Sölden, in a quiet, idyllic location on the Panorama street, directly on the ski slope (ski in - ski out). Several trails lead past our house and the walking distance to the town center is only about 12 minutes (3 minutes by car). You can reach also some restaurants in 7 to 10 minutes.

We offer a wide variety of accommodation types of double rooms, triple rooms or apartments for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people and since a few years we also have two XXL apartments for 6 to 10 people, each can be selected individually with and without breakfast (breakfast buffet).

Our accommodations are rustic and pleasantly furnished, are equipped with bath / WC or shower / WC, with balcony or terrace, telephone, safe, hairdryer and cable TV (incl. radio). Apartments are fully equipped with crockery, bed linen and towels. Elevator is in the house; W-Lan, sauna, ski shoe heating and also parking lots are free.
Hospitality and friendly atmosphere characterize our house.

You can enjoy all the highlights of the Ötztal, the Ötztal Premium Card is included from June to mid-October included.
