Langrenn Seerücken / Haidenhaus, Salen - Reutenen

Embedded in the magnificent Salen-Reutenen landscape on the Seerücken, a motivated and expert team prepares the topographically varied cross-country ski trails Seerücken-Haidenhaus when there is enough snow. For cross-country skiers and also winter hikers, there are three car parks from where it is possible to access the cross-country tracks and winter hiking trails at an altitude of around 690m.
For skaters as well as for classic runners, a total of 12 km of training trails are prepared in good conditions.

The Haidenhaus restaurant and the Besenbeiz Rüütenen offer refreshments.

Whether in the classic style or with the skating technique, cross-country skiing is the perfect whole-body workout. Arms and legs, back and torso are strengthened and the entire cardiovascular system is challenged. Cross-country skiing is considered a sport that is easy on the joints and has positive effects on the body and mind.
