We offer you a beautiful wellness and spa area with a outside-alp-chalet-sauna, a rose sauna, a bio-steam sauna, a steam bath, solarium and infrared-cabine. In our big inside-swimming pool you can relax in the integrated whirlpool or ease your mussels after skiing at the waterfall-neck massage. A variety of massages like Ayurveda, Garshana, Full body and more are offered twice a week and on demand.

To all passionate skiers - or those who would want to be - a dream of groomed trails is waiting with the finest natural snow in the ski resort of Zell am See and Kaprun. Legendary powder snow slopes on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, family fun on Maiskogel or plenty of choice on the Schmittenhöhe. Crazy jumpers will find their dream come true on one of three snowparks on the Kitzsteinhorn and for our small ones lots of fun is waiting on the Maiskogel. Well-prepared toboggan runs, relaxing at the Tauern Spa Kaprun and romantic horse-drawns are just one of many alternatives.

Kaprun-Zell am See can be explored without skis or snowboard. Find your fun on more than 220 kilometers of cross-country skiing trails, enjoy a romantic winter walk on snow shoes with your host Josef or take a guided ski tour with our skiguide Gerhard.

Culinary

Our huge Vitality-breakfast offers you a wide choice of bread- and rolls, different spreads, sausages and cheese, an eggcorner and a bio-vitality corner with products from the nationalpark Hohe Tauern. In our restaurant we offer you a big á la carte menu and the daily evening menu when you book half board with 4 courses (regional and austrian specialities) and a daily vegetarian dish.

Living

Our rooms are all very spacious and offer room for your whole family. The family suites have 2 separated sleeping rooms and a living room. In our double rooms comfort you will also feel very comfortable. For our singles we offer spacious single rooms. All of the rooms offer a quiet location with balcony and a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn and the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.
