Landhaus Kitzblick - Kaprun

The Landhaus is situated on a south slope in the unique landscape of the Zeller See and the Kitzsteinhorn. Both in summer and in winter this area offers a wide range of options for an enjoyable holiday.

Peace and relaxation

The apartments and guesthouse rooms of Landhaus Kitzblick are luxuriously furnished, and all have a patio or a balcony. The rooms and the cosy breakfast room offer a fascinating view of the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sunny patio or by the pool. In winter you can relax in our sauna.

Active

You can also enjoy an active holiday. There are several wandering and Nordic Walking routes passing by the house. Furthermore, there is an 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity, a paraglider landing area and several mountain bike tracks.

Skiing

Some of the best skiing areas are close at hand, such as the Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See), the Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun). Snow is guaranteed throughout the year: even in summer you can ski on the glacier of Kaprun. The ski bus stop is within walking distance (300 m) from our house; the bus runs every 15 minutes.

Location

Landhaus Kitzblick is located between the charming towns of Zell am See (2 km), with its romantic boulevard on the Zeller See, and Kaprun (1.5 km). Both towns have may shops, places of entertainment and restaurants. You can also stay closer to home: there are several restaurants within walking distance of our house, where we can reserve a dinner table for you if you wish.
