Culinarily the hotel GUT Trattlerhof & Chalets spoils its guests with the hotel-own restaurant and the close Falstaff-prämierten hut restaurant "Trattlers Einkehr". The rustic restaurant with a wonderful sun terrace is considered a marketplace of good taste with regional and seasonal products. In addition to Carinthian delicacies, the menu also includes dry-aged beef steaks and freshly caught trout and char from the restaurant's own fish pond. One of many highlights is the homemade bread as well as the smoker.
