Ideal ski apartments in winter and perfect for an active summer holiday with our 'BergAktiv' program for free.

Our apartments are quietly located only a 5 minute walk away from the attractive city centre.
We have 4 apartments differing in size from 2 up to 4 persons.

The apartments are furnished in a modern Austrian style.

The new gondela "Dorfbahn Gerlos" is only with a distance of 250 meters.
The ski-bus stops every 5 minutes at just 200m walking distance from the apartments and will bring you to the lifts for free.

All apartments are equipped with a hallway, bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, kitchen with dining table, electric stove with 4 burners, fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and kitchenware, Smart-TV, balcony with chairs, free WIFI and central heating.

We also offer the free use of our ski depot equipped with shoe-heater for the storage of your skis/boards in winter and your bike in summer.
